  Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. We didnt mind waiting 30 minutes even though they were not busy. After waiting the 30 minutes a guy called Adam served us. Adam was extremely rude and arrogant. Ive never seen someone have such poor behaviour. As soon as we sat down he sat in silence and looked at us if we were such a inconvenience to him. He than proceed with saying Well are you going to tell me the problem . For a simple problem he did not help whatsoever and gave us the wrong information anyway. He continuously made smartass comments back when would ask him to explain or if we didnt understand him. After all that he directed us to having to call up the Optus service. The Optus providers on the phone were extremely helpful and extremely clear with how we would go about our problem. When we went back to talk to the manager about Adams behaviour they told us they were to busy and were laughing at us at the counter. The manager said he would call us. When the manager called us he completely disregarded Adams behaviour and told us he would deal with Adam how he wanted too. No remorse whatsoever with the way we were treated. It is extremely poorly managed and obviously the manager trains just as bad as he interacts with customers himself. It is really upsetting as it was such a simple problem that was made into something so unnecessary so there was no need for that level of rudeness.
